For exhibitor freight delivered by exhibitorÕs vehicle and received by exhibitor personnel, DRMA will provide forklifts and labor required to deliver exhibitor freight from the dock to the booth and return at the end of the show. This service is provided at no charge to exhibitors for each piece less than 5,000 pounds that can be handled safely by the show contractor. Material handling fees will be incurred for special handling or configuration. Equipment shipped by common carrier will be received by the show contractor and material handling fees will apply.

Material handling services are available through the show contractor for a fee. See the Exhibitor Service Manual accessed through your Exhibitor Dashboard for more information.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT EXHIBITORS: be sure to remove, or have the rigger remove, any trash, pallets, banding, etc., when your equipment is delivered; the show decorator will store labeled crates and shipping materials that need to be returned to your booth for move-out.

Exhibitors are not permitted to operate the forklifts; only those drivers hired by the show that are bonded and insured will be permitted to operate them at the Dayton Convention Center. Exhibitors may use their own hand trucks and carts to move materials.
